    PORTLAND, Ore. - An 11-year-old boy was arrested after flashing a loaded handgun at a woman on a MAX train Thursday night.

    Police say a group of boys and girls were boarding a train just before 8:30 when one of the boys bumped into a woman with a baby stroller.
